This Restrictions Policy applies to the Crypto Cards website, applications, and services located or accessed at https://cryptocoinscreditcards.com (“Services”), which is owned and operated by Cryptocoins, Inc. (“Cryptocoins,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “Platform”).

While this Restrictions Policy may reference aspects of our other terms and agreements, use of the Services is subject to our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Restrictions Policy. All such terms are located at https://cryptocoinscreditcards.com and are collectively referred to as the “Terms.” Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Restrictions Policy have their meanings as set forth in other agreements within the Terms.

Your use of the Services and submission of any information, including Personal Information, constitutes acceptance of this Restrictions Policy.

Restricted Jurisdictions

Our Services are not available to any individual or entity in jurisdictions where the provision or use of such Services would be contrary to applicable law or where we are not authorized to operate.

Additionally, we do not offer Services to residents of certain jurisdictions, including, but not limited to: Israel, North Korea, Cuba, Belarus, Russian-controlled regions of Ukraine (currently including Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk), Afghanistan, Cambodia, Kazakhstan, Myanmar, Pakistan, Libya, Iraq, Syria, Yemen, Sudan, Albania, Angola, Gaza Strip, Guam, Guinea-Bissau, Guinea, Iran, Liberia, Mali, Mauritius, Sierra Leone, Somalia, South Sudan, or any other jurisdictions we may designate at our discretion (collectively, the “Excluded Jurisdictions”). If you become a resident of any Excluded Jurisdiction, please inform us immediately.

We also do not offer Services to individuals or entities on the U.S. Treasury Department’s List of Specially Designated Nationals, the EU’s Consolidated Financial Sanctions List, or the UK Sanctions List, nor to any entity owned or controlled (50% or more) by a person or entity on these lists (“Prohibited Parties”). Prohibited Uses

You agree to use the Crypto Cards Platform solely in compliance with these Terms and only for personal or internal business purposes. You may not sell, lease, or provide access to the Platform to any third party or act as a service bureau.

You also agree not to use the Crypto Cards Platform in any manner or provide any content that:

• 1. Is unlawful or unauthorized.
• 2. Is defamatory.
• 3. Is obscene, sexually explicit, or offensive.
• 4. Advertises or promotes other products or businesses.
• 5. Harasses, upsets, embarrasses, alarms, or annoys others.
• 6. Disrupts the Platform or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.
• 7. Infringes any intellectual property rights.
• 8. Restricts others from using the Platform, including by hacking or defacing.
• 9. Disables, damages, or alters the Platform’s functionality or appearance.
• 10. “Frames” or “mirrors” any part of the Platform without authorization.
• 11. Uses automated devices to download, retrieve, index, data mine, scrape, or harvest Platform content.
• 12. Collects information about other users without their consent.
• 13. Sends unsolicited advertisements, spam, or chain letters.
• 14. Opens multiple accounts except as permitted by the Platform.
• 15. Engages in frequent, intensive trading with unauthorized software or trading tools.
• 16. Transmits viruses, malware, or harmful code.
• 17. Promotes or assists in violence or unlawful acts.
